Criminal Law Pricing Structure 

Straight forward and stress free

We can offer legal representation for a fixed fee in relation to summary only road traffic offences. These costs depend upon the work that we are undertaking for you.

Tim Gregory and Paul Hanratty are both qualified Solicitors and each have approximately 30 years of experience in conducting all aspects of road traffic law and our charges are based upon a charging rate of £150.00 per hour.  Our fixed costs are as follows:

 

Representing you in relation to arguments

to avoid endorsement or disqualification

such as Special Reasons or Exceptional Hardship argument                          £450.00 plus vat

 

 

Representing you on a guilty plea and mitigating

where you are not raising Special Reasons/Exceptional Hardship                  £300.00 plus vat

 

Representing you at trial on a contested matter with a time

estimate of up to half a day (to include 1 hour preparation)                         £600.00 plus vat

 

Representing you at trial on a contested matter with a time

estimate of up to one day.                                                                         £750.00 plus vat
